About Cindy

A Healing Journey That Fuels Your Transformation

Twenty years ago, on a rain-swept afternoon, an unexpected kundalini awakening shattered my ordinary life. A surge of energy uncoiled up my spine, lifting me out of my body and into a brilliant state of awareness. I hadn’t sought enlightenment—it found me—and it demanded that I learn how to ground and steward that power.

Soon after, my young son suffered a severe, immune-related reaction to a vaccine. Guided by insistently clear inner messages—“stop using white-man ways”—I immersed myself in natural medicine, rebuilt his immune system with the help of visionary physicians, and ultimately became Children’s Health Producer at DrGreene.com. That experience cemented my purpose: championing integrative, child-centred wellness.

From Boardroom to Clinic

I then spent years channeling this newfound energy into corporate work—until my body rebelled. The “illness” was really a summons: re-align your life. I left the boardroom, stepped into private practice, and discovered I could, in fact, fly. For the past 13 years in clinic (and 22 years in natural health overall) I’ve helped clients clear physical, emotional, and spiritual obstructions—often beginning with the gut.

What I See & How I Work

Today, I perceive the body like a living “Christmas tree” of light—layers of physical tissue, subtle energy, lineage patterns, and soul contracts. During a colonic, I focus purely on physiology and technique; intuitive guidance is offered only when it’s requested and ethically appropriate. My role is never to open a door for you, but to make sure you see every door and understand your freedom to choose.

Training Lineage & Credentials

I pair intuition with deep study. Highlights include:

  • Certified Gravity Colon Hygienist – Helen Wood Institute (2003)

  • I-ACT Certified Colon Therapist

  • AFM Practitioner – School of Applied Functional Medicine

  • Dr. Sears Wellness Institute – Certified Health Coach

  • Certified Detoxification & Regeneration Specialist I (Dr. Robert Morse, ND)

  • Sanoviv Detoxification Protocols (Monthlong Guest on Detox Protocols)

  • BioMedx – Biological Terrain Analysis, Blood Microscopy & Flow Auditing

  • Certified Iridologist (Pesek) and Family Herbalist (Dr. Christopher School)

  • Bachelor of Science, Holistic Nutrition – Clayton College

  • Extensive study in trauma, NLP, Pranic Healing, Aromatherapy, GAPS, Ketogenic protocols, Gene Keys/Human Design, and more. (Full list available on request.)

Whether you are seeking colon hydrotherapy training or private wellness guidance, my commitment is simple: hold a steady, compassionate space while you reclaim the vitality and clarity that have always been yours.

Choose wisely, live fully—let’s cultivate health together.

When Life Tested Every Tool I Teach

My path has never followed a straight line. Twenty years into clinical practice, I pressed “pause” for a full-spectrum sabbatical because my own body was demanding the same level of care I give my clients. Healing, I learned, can’t wait for an undefined “someday.”

The Syllabus I Didn’t Choose

  • December 2017 — An early wave of COVID-19 landed like a sucker punch.

  • 2018 — My husband’s sudden passing left a crater of grief.

  • Aftermath — Long-haul symptoms surfaced like whack-a-mole just as another flare quieted.

  • A Radical Relocation — I traded city noise for Lake Tahoe’s alpine stillness—clean air, crystalline water, and a community that treats wellness as daily practice.

  • Add in menopause, mountain winters, and the emotional whiplash of rebuilding, and the lesson plan was complete.

The Sabbatical Prescription

I devoted the next four years to intensive self-restoration. My curriculum looked like this:

An 18-month experiment without cleansing confirmed the point: my energy plummeted, and new symptoms began to emerge. Re-starting structured detox reignited the momentum I could feel in every cell.

Where I Stand Now

Healing rarely declares a finish line, yet today I am living, breathing evidence that even the most complex challenges—viral parasitic infections, hormonal shifts, situational stress, and profound grief—respond when we honor the body’s innate intelligence and keep the pathways of elimination clear.

If you’re staring down a stubborn health puzzle, remember: Germ theory hunts invaders; terrain theory cultivates the soil so no invader can thrive. Detox is a disciplined approach to gardening your inner landscape—one gentle, consistent step at a time.
