2. Private Membership Association Notice
Cultivate Health operates strictly as a Private Membership Association (PMA). By registering for training, purchasing products, or using any service, you acknowledge that you are joining the PMA and contracting in a purely private capacity, outside the jurisdiction of public regulatory bodies. Participation is conditioned upon continued membership and adherence to all bylaws and policies adopted by the PMA.

3. Constitutional Rights & Religious Freedom
The Club and its members expressly rely upon and reserve their unalienable rights secured by the United States Constitution, including—but not limited to—

the Twelfth Amendment right of free and independent association in choosing the leadership of this private body, and
the religious-freedom protections guaranteed by the First Amendment’s Free Exercise Clause.

Nothing in the Club’s operations constitutes a waiver of these or any other fundamental rights. Any external attempt to compel disclosure, regulate, or interfere with the PMA’s private, faith-based educational activities will be challenged to the fullest extent of the law.
