Since you're not starting from the fundamentals, this is an advanced weekend workshop, not a beginner course. It includes a 300-page advanced binder covering advanced modalities, business and marketing, legal compliance, and the emotional and spiritual dimensions of this work, in addition to the full Level 1 binder. Breakfast and lunch included both days.

Know Where You Stand Legally
Pressure-controlled colonic irrigation devices are regulated by the FDA under 21 CFR § 876.5220 as Class II medical devices when used for a medically indicated purpose, and Class III, requiring premarket approval, when used for general wellness outside a medical indication. Gravity-method systems, which don't use powered pressure or flow control, fall under a separate exempt classification.

At the state level, practicing without a license carries real risk without the right framework. In California, for example, unlicensed complementary and alternative practitioners can legally offer services under Business and Professions Code Sections 2053.5 and 2053.6, with proper written disclosure to every client that you are not licensed by the state.
